• Equipment & Transit Specifications: Equipment class (e.g., 53ft Dry Van, Reefer, 26ft Box Truck), payload capacity, preferred freight corridors, current truck staging location, and target rate-per-mile (RPM) requirements.

• Legal & Regulatory Mandates: We may disclose data when required by applicable federal/state law, court order, FMCSA audit, or subpoena to defend our legal rights or ensure highway transit safety.
