Welcome to Fleet Core Logistics (“FC Logistics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website (fclogistics.us), submitting carrier onboarding forms, engaging our dispatch services, executing a Carrier Dispatch Agreement, or opting in to receive SMS text messages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website.

1. Scope of Dispatch Services & Representation

FC Logistics provides professional truck dispatch coordination and administrative support services to licensed commercial motor carriers and owner-operators. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Bona Fide Dispatch Agency: FC Logistics operates strictly within the scope of a written carrier dispatch agreement and pursuant to FMCSA regulations. We act as an authorized administrative agent for the motor carrier, representing your authority to freight brokers and shippers.
  • Not a Motor Carrier or Broker: FC Logistics is an independent dispatch management service. We do not assume common carrier liability, issue bills of lading under our own name, or act as an unauthorized freight broker.
  • Lawful Commercial Use: You agree to provide accurate operating credentials, valid tax documentation, and use our platform and services strictly for lawful commercial freight transportation.

3. Independent Carrier Authority & Zero Forced Dispatch

Absolute Carrier Discretion

FC Logistics operates under a strict Zero Forced Dispatch principle. The motor carrier retains sole and exclusive operational control over its commercial motor vehicles, drivers, and safety management.

  • The motor carrier retains the absolute right to accept or decline any freight load presented by our dispatchers for any reason without penalty.
  • FC Logistics does not mandate routes, dictate driver operating hours, or direct driver safety decisions.
  • The motor carrier is solely responsible for compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), including Hours of Service (HOS) rules and commercial driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).

4. Fees, Compensation & Invoicing

Fees for dispatch management services are outlined in each client's individually executed Carrier Dispatch Agreement:

  • Agreed Fee Structure: Dispatch fees may be structured as an agreed percentage of the gross freight rate confirmation or a flat rate per load, with zero hidden setup charges.
  • Direct Carrier Payment: Freight brokers and shippers pay the motor carrier directly (or via the carrier's designated factoring company). FC Logistics invoices the carrier separately for agreed dispatch services.
  • Factoring & Accessorial Support: We assist in submitting completed paperwork packets (rate confirmation, signed Proof of Delivery, scale tickets, lumper receipts) to facilitate rapid funding.

5. Carrier Responsibilities & Insurance Standards

To utilize FC Logistics dispatch services, motor carriers must maintain the following operational and safety credentials:

Active Operating Authority:Valid and active USDOT and FMCSA operating authority in good standing with satisfactory or unrated safety status.
Commercial Insurance:Minimum $1,000,000 in Auto Liability and $100,000 in Cargo Insurance, with certificates maintained active.
Qualified Drivers & Equipment:Properly licensed commercial drivers (CDL) and roadworthy commercial motor vehicles compliant with DOT standards.

  • Broker insolvency, non-payment, slow payment, or rate confirmation discrepancies issued by external freight brokers.
